1. It is inconceivable that Jesus would ever base any effort in the slightest on the availability of money or the lack thereof. He never did. He never would. Not any breath. He placed his entire faith in God, and God is spirit. Vision is an appendage of spirit. Are there people of sufficiently identical vision with the resources starting with themselves to Manifest this community materially?

2. Perpetually leaving seats at the table for everyone, especially the local community leaders. And in concert with this, painfully avoiding filling the seats, the functions, of those in the community that should be coming into collaboration. Leaving a vacuum for them to fill even though it would be painful.

3. Scrupulously holding to the notion of sustainability. Sustainability in a world that no longer has even a little bit of the material resources that necessary to sustain 8 billion people. How useless a model this Cortez entity would be if it was not sustainable and implementable in the third world conditions to which we are all being submerged.

Sustainability in a community that even if stretched to its Divine limits can only support so many people doing the work of God. And assuming that this entity being contemplated here does God's work of revitalizing the souls throughout the community facing how gradually that might happen and to not growing the community beyond the Leading Edge of that growth tip.

4. Not EVER for those that want to exist, live, survive... materially. Only ever for those on the MAN Jesus' mission to bring God's kingdom, the alive Spirit of God that he embodied, to earth.

5. ...
